Join us Saturday, October 7 at our 5pm service and Sunday, October 8 at our 8 and 9:30am services for a special blessing for your pets as we bless our pets in honor of St. Francis, a 13th century Italian saint, known for his gentleness and love of God's creation.

Please keep dogs on leashes and other pets properly crated. The north transept will be a pet-free zone. All pets are welcome—stuffed animals too!

We’re accepting donations on Sunday mornings until 11:30am from October 1 through October 15 and Mondays – Thursdays from 10am – 4 pm. All donations benefit Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas. We’re collecting:

• Dry Dog and Cat Food (New, unopened, Not expired)

• Dog and Cat Treats (New, unopened, Not expired)

• Canned Dog and Cat Food (New, Not expired)

• Blankets (New or gently used, washed with no tears or holes)

• Toys (New or gently used, washed with no tears, holes or chew marks)

• Leashes (New or gently used washed and in good condition no tears, fraying or knots)

• Flea Medication (In original packaging Not expired)

• X-Pens/Puppy Pens (New or gently used, fully functioning with NO RUST)
