Join us at 11:30am as Rebecca Thurman, Program and Education Specialist, Alzheimer's Association San Diego/Imperial Chapter, kicks off the first in our four-topics series on "Asking the Hard Questions" in the fourth quarter of our lives. Rebecca started as a volunteer with the association shortly after losing her mother to the disease in July, 2016. She began by participating in and fundraising for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and volunteering. The next year she became a full time employee. She manages volunteers, web content, scheduling education programs, overseeing support groups, securing health and resource fairs, and more. $20 donation.
