This week’s schedule: Chapter 4

This Advent we’re going on an insightful journey through Short Stories by Jesus: The Enigmatic Parables of a Controversial Rabbi by Professor Amy-Jill Levine. In this book, Levine transports readers back to the time of Jesus, exploring how his original Jewish audience would have understood the parables. Through her study, we’ll see how these ancient stories not only reveal new insights about Jesus but continue to challenge and speak to us today.
