The Rev. Canon Gwynn Lynch has been part of the diocese since she moved to San Diego in 1987. She was an active layperson at St. Timothy’s and St. Bartholomew’s. After her ordination to the priesthood in 2005, she served as curate and then associate at All Souls’, Point Loma, vicar at St. Mary’s-in-the-Valley, Ramona, and Priest-in-charge at Grace, San Marcos. Canon Gwynn has served as chair of the Commission on Ministry, vice-president of Diocesan Council (now Executive Council), and president of the Standing Committee. She joined the bishop’s staff in January of 2020. We thank Canon Lynch for being with us this weekend, and pray blessings on her ministries.
