Holy Week begins with celebration and joy on Palm Sunday, the day we remember Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem. People lined the streets waving palm branches, shouting "Hosanna!" and welcoming Jesus as a king. It’s a moment of deep spiritual meaning and great joy—a moment we celebrate together as a community.

Join us for one of our Palm Sunday services:

  • 8:00 AM – Traditional Eucharist A traditional service with timeless hymns and readings.

  • 9:30 AM – Family-Friendly Eucharist A joyful, intergenerational service featuring upbeat music, and a special message for children!

🥐 10:30 AM – Palm Sunday Procession to Better Buzz! Following the services, we’ll gather on the church patio to continue the celebration with a joyful procession down to Better Buzz Coffee. We’ll carry our palm branches through the streets, sharing the spirit of Palm Sunday with neighbors and friends. Our walk ends with fellowship, coffee, and pastries back at the church.

Maundy Thursday takes us into the Upper Room, where Jesus shared his final meal with his disciples and gave them a new commandment—to love one another as he loved them. This service is an invitation to enter into the heart of Jesus’ love and humility.

Our Maundy Thursday liturgy includes:

  • Holy Eucharist, commemorating the Last Supper

  • Footwashing, a humbling and powerful act of service that reminds us to care for one another as Christ cares for us

  • Stripping of the Altar, a solemn ritual where the sanctuary is cleared of all adornment in preparation for Good Friday, leaving behind a visual emptiness that mirrors the approaching crucifixion

This sacred night draws us into the mystery of servanthood, sacrifice, and holy love.

Good Friday is the most solemn day of the Christian year—a day to remember Jesus’ suffering, death, and the weight of the cross. It is a day of mourning, contemplation, and quiet hope.

We offer two distinct services to mark this holy day:

  • 12:00 PM – Spoken Service A quiet and meditative liturgy, featuring the reading of the Passion Gospel, prayers, and time for personal reflection. This midday service allows us to pause during the day and stand at the foot of the cross in silence and reverence.

  • 7:00 PM – Good Friday Service with Music A powerful evening liturgy enriched with music, scripture, and solemn ritual. The choir leads us through haunting and beautiful choral offerings, and the service concludes with the Veneration of the Cross, a chance to come forward and honor the sacrifice of Christ with a moment of prayer or quiet touch.

Good Friday challenges us to face the brokenness of the world and to hold fast to the promise of hope that will come.

The Easter Vigil is the most ancient and dramatic liturgy of the Christian year. It begins in darkness, outside the church, where we kindle the new fire—a symbol of Christ’s light breaking into the world.

The Paschal Candle is lit and carried into the darkened sanctuary, where we proclaim: The light of Christ. Thanks be to God. From there, the service unfolds with drama and grace:

  • We hear stories of salvation from Scripture—creation, deliverance at the Red Sea, prophetic promises of renewal

  • We renew our baptismal vows, reaffirming our commitment to live as people of resurrection hope

  • We shout the first Alleluia of Easter, breaking the silence with joy

  • We celebrate the first Eucharist of Easter, filled with light, music, and celebration

This is a service like no other—mystical, beautiful, and profoundly joyful.
